About

Combined, BJ and Jodi Hudak have spent over 45 years in corporate confinement.

For 20+ years, BJ worked in the banking industry with over 14 years as a Bank Processing Supervisor. He provided years of dedication and quality service but due to modified policies, technologies and federal regulations, his entire facility was eliminated -- no retraining or repositioning options, just termination during an economic downturn.

His wife Jodi, with an Electrical Engineering degree, Project Management Certification, and strong team building skills, accumulated more than twenty years working with fifteen different Fortune 500 companies. While Jodi spent her first five years with a small company who aspired little growth, she soon landed a dream job with a very large corporation hoping to achieve career growth. Within a short amount of time, Jodi learned that climbing the golden ladder was strictly based on political connections and was immediately exposed to painstaking experiences.  Her dream job soon became a nightmare. Her self-esteem dwindled as she remained trapped in a job that she feared irreplaceable in the job market. After experiencing a single episode of major depression that shattered the world as she knew it, she had no choice but to pick up the pieces and begin again. She then embraced her team building skills and began contractual work with Fortune 500 companies. Even with consistent high performance recognition, Jodi was continually released from employment as a result of contract expirations or budget cuts. Her success continued but the corporate destruction did not.  After almost 25 years, and during hard economic times, she eventually lost her last job.

Obviously, BJ and Jodi experienced the anguish that many continue to face over and over with their corporate careers—the bitter political struggles, relentless search for financial stability and endless hunger for appreciation and acknowledgement of a job well done. But while their circumstances brought hardship and hostility, it opened their eyes to greater opportunities. BJ and Jodi have relished their losses and animosity and discovered freedom. So much so that they have grown passionate about helping others discover similar treasures.

BJ and Jodi have established this online environment as a means for you to grasp the opportunities that exist and to understand that there are many paths that are available to help you break free from corporate confinement. There is no better time than today to take your first step.
